Baz messaged asking sensible questions about the wall's age and thickness, and we arranged for him to come round Monday morning to measure up. He never showed, no call or message to say he wasn't coming, and hasn't replied to anything since. Wasted a morning waiting in for nothing. Wouldn't rely on him again.

Priya, you're right and I'm sorry - I had Monday in my diary against a different job by mistake and didn't realise until it was too late in the day to be much use to you. That's on me, and I should have caught it and messaged you straight away instead of leaving you waiting. No excuses. If you'll still have me, I'd like to come out at a time that suits you, at no cost for wasting your morning, and make this right.
