Happy with the finished resin driveway overall and it looks smart. That said, the job ran a few days over the original estimate and a couple of the edges near the borders came out a bit rough and needed pointing out before they tidied them. Decent value in the end, just would have liked tighter finishing and better timekeeping.

Thank you for the honest feedback, Nadia - you are right on both counts. The job overran and that is on us: the base took longer to cure than planned and I should have built more slack into the schedule. We are tightening our estimates so it does not happen again. The rough border edges should never have needed pointing out - that is a final check I should have caught myself, and we have added a formal edge inspection to our sign-off. Glad it is all tidied and that you are pleased with the finished driveway.

Delighted with our new wet room. Chelmer Surfaces turned up when they said they would, the tanking and level-access shower are spot on, and they kept the place clean throughout. Only slight niggle was the final cost crept up a bit, but the workmanship is excellent. Would recommend.
