Disappointing. They took the job to jet-wash and re-sand our block-paved drive and patio, agreed a morning to come and quote, then simply didn't show. No call, no text, nothing. I chased twice by message and got one vague reply promising to rearrange, then silence after that. I've been left waiting a fortnight and have had to start again with someone else. Can't speak to the quality of their work because none was done, but on reliability and communication alone I wouldn't recommend them.

You were right to expect a call. Kitchen Worktops - Stone

They came out to template the kitchen for quartz worktops and the quote was fine, if a little on the steep side. Bit of a mixed experience getting there though - they turned up a day later than first arranged and I had to chase for the written quote afterwards. Perfectly polite once we spoke, and they did explain the template and lead time and that they'd take the old laminate away. In the end we decided to go with someone else on price, but no complaints about the work itself as they didn't do any.

I appreciate the honesty on value - quartz plus the undermounted sink and polished drainer grooves does carry a real cost, and I could have explained the price and the template-to-fit timings more clearly up front so you knew exactly what you were paying for and when. Absolutely delighted. Coquet Property Services boarded out our loft for storage - raised the joists with loft legs so the insulation wasn't squashed, laid a proper boarded walkway and a big storage area, and fitted a light so we can actually see up there now. Turned up exactly when they said, worked cleanly and hoovered up after themselves, and the price was spot on for the quality. Would have them back in a heartbeat and have already recommended them to a neighbour.
