Karen came round exactly when she said she would and measured everything up properly, showed us a couple of finish options and was easy to deal with - no pushy sales chat. We haven't gone with them in the end as we wanted to get a second quote to compare, but they were professional throughout and I'd happily recommend getting a quote from them.
