Dean messaged promptly and we arranged a design/measure-up visit for the Tuesday afternoon he suggested. He never turned up, and didn't message to say he wasn't coming or to apologise. We messaged again after to ask what happened and heard nothing back. Disappointing as the initial chat was promising - would not rely on them again.

Nadia, you're right and I'm sorry. A diary mix-up on our end meant your visit dropped off my list, and I should have caught it and messaged you straight away rather than leaving you waiting - that's on me, not you. No excuse for going quiet after either. If you're willing to give us another go I'd like to come out at a time that suits you, no charge for the visit, to make up for the wasted afternoon. Either way, genuinely sorry. Dean.
