Ryan messaged straight away and we arranged for him to come out on the Thursday morning to look at the aerial and Sky dish. He never showed up, no call or text to say he wasn't coming, and when I messaged to ask what had happened I didn't hear anything back. Wasted a morning waiting in for nothing. Disappointing as he seemed helpful to begin with.

I'm really sorry, Mira - this one is on me. There was a mix-up on my side with the Thursday booking and I should have called or texted the moment I realised, especially after you'd messaged. That's not how we normally operate and you deserved better. I'd like the chance to put it right - happy to come out at a time that suits you, no charge for the call-out, if you'll have us.
