Callum messaged straight away and sounded like he knew his stuff about the sycamore and the dead branch, and we agreed he'd come round Thursday afternoon to have a look and give a firm price. He never showed up, and didn't message to say he wasn't coming or to apologise. I tried sending another message afterwards and heard nothing back. Wouldn't rely on them again, which is a shame as they seemed promising at first.

Freya, you're right to be unhappy and I'm sorry - we had a genuine mix-up with our diary that Thursday and it fell through the gap, and there's no excuse for not messaging you straight after to explain. That's on us, not you. If you'll have us back I'd like to come out at a time that suits you, take a proper look, and do the work at no extra charge for the mess-around. Either way, sorry for how it went.
