Gary messaged straight away and we arranged for him to come round and measure up, but on the day he just didn't turn up - no call, no text, nothing. I messaged again to check if something had come up and never heard back. Driveway's still cracked concrete and we've had to start again with someone else. Wouldn't rely on them.

That was a genuine mix-up in our diary on the day - but that's on us to sort, not something you should have had to chase, and going quiet afterwards made it worse. Totally understand you've gone with someone else for this one. If anything ever crops up again and you'd give us another chance, we'd want to make it right - no hard feelings either way.
