Callum came out and gave a really thorough, well-explained quote for the insulated garden office, covering the base, power and lighting, and took the time to talk me through permitted development so I knew where I stood. I was genuinely impressed with his knowledge and how straight he was with me. In the end I haven't gone ahead yet simply because it's a big spend and I'm comparing a couple of quotes, but he made a strong impression and I'd happily consider him.

The new white uPVC fascias, soffits and guttering look really smart and we've had no more leaks, so the finished job is good. A couple of small niggles though: they left some old timber and offcuts in the garden that I had to chase them to clear, and one downpipe needed adjusting on a return visit. Callum himself was easy to deal with and the work itself is sound — just let down slightly on the tidying up.

I do owe you an apology though — we should never have left offcuts and old timber for you to chase, and that downpipe ought to have been right first time rather than needing a return visit. Asbestos Survey & Removal

Callum surveyed the garage roof first, then removed the cracked corrugated asbestos-cement sheeting safely under licence and took it away for proper disposal, handing over the waste consignment paperwork for our records. Everything was done carefully and left spotless, and the price was very fair. Reassuring to deal with from start to finish — I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Frost Building & Roofline for asbestos work.
