We messaged back and forth and arranged for Steve to come and take a look at the pool, but on the day nobody turned up and there was no message to explain why. We tried messaging again afterwards to ask what happened and never heard back at all. Disappointing, as the messages beforehand had seemed promising.

There's no excuse; it looks like a mix-up on my booking which I've now fixed so it can't happen again.
