Really disappointing. Nasreen messaged straight away and we agreed a day for her to come and take a look at the oven, but she just didn't turn up and I've heard nothing back since despite messaging to ask what happened. Would have been fine if plans changed, but the total silence isn't good enough. Can't recommend based on our experience.

You're right to be unhappy and I'm sorry - there's no excuse for missing the visit and then going quiet on top of that, that's completely on me and not the standard I want to work to. It looks like a mix-up on my side with the diary that I should have caught and didn't. I'd like the chance to put it right - if you're willing, I can come and do the clean free of charge at a time that suits you. Really sorry again for messing you about.
