Karl came out and did a proper survey with a moisture meter rather than just guessing, and talked us through what was causing the damp and what the fix would involve. He was knowledgeable and easy to deal with. We're getting one more quote before we commit to anything this size, so haven't used them yet, but on what we've seen so far they seemed to know what they were doing.
