Marek came out and did a proper survey, walking the property with me and advising sensibly on where to position the cameras and on self-view versus a monitored service. He gave a clear, well-explained quote, which impressed me. I have not hired anyone yet as I am comparing a couple of quotes, but on this evidence he made a strong impression.

The quartz worktops look superb and the fit is precise - really pleased with how they turned out. My only niggles were that the wait between templating and fitting ran longer than I was quoted, and there was a small chip on one edge that needed a return visit to put right. Marek did sort it, and the finished result is lovely, but a little smoother scheduling would have made it perfect.

You're right to flag both niggles, and I own them: the template-to-fit wait slipped longer than I quoted, and that small edge chip should have been caught at final QC before fitting, not on a return visit. I've since tightened my fabrication lead-times and my end-of-job checks so it runs smoother next time. Glad the finished result is lovely, and thank you for your patience. Marek

Guttering and Rainwater Pipe

Marek came out promptly and did a lovely job. He cleared the gutters, refitted the loose downpipe bracket and checked all the joints while he was up there. Everything was left clean and tidy, and the price was very fair. I would happily have him back.
