Bryn came round to measure up and talked me through the options really clearly - an independent stud with resilient bars and acoustic board versus a bonded overlay, and how he would treat the floor as well as the party wall. I came away genuinely impressed with how knowledgeable and straight he was, and the quote was well laid out. I have not gone ahead yet purely because I am comparing a couple of quotes first, so this is on the quote rather than the finished work. No complaints at all - he would be a strong contender.

Bryn came out promptly the very next day for what was becoming an urgent problem, which I really appreciated. He quickly diagnosed a full and partly blocked tank, emptied it and cleared the blockage on the spot, and took the time to explain how to keep it from happening again. He left everything clean and tidy, and the price was fair for the work involved. Genuinely first class - I would not hesitate to have him back.
