Kevin came round when he said he would and had a proper look at the gutters, very knowledgeable and explained what needed doing without any pressure. He gave me a price for clearing everything and refitting the loose section. It seemed reasonable but I'm getting one more quote before I decide, just to compare, so I can't say yet whether it's the best price out there. No complaints about Kevin himself though, easy to deal with and turned up on time.
