Nice pond and the finished water feature looks lovely. Owen was friendly and easy to deal with. Job ran a couple of days over the estimate, and we had a small leak at the liner that needed a return visit to sort - fixed in the end but a bit of a hassle. Fair overall.

Thank you for the fair write-up, Dervla, and for your patience. You are right that we ran a couple of days over, and the small liner leak that needed a return visit should not have happened. Since then we have changed how we sign a pond off: we now leave it filled and water-test for a full 24 to 48 hours, checking every liner fold and seam, before we call it done. Glad it is holding well now, and thank you for bearing with us to get it right.

Came out promptly and gave me a clear written quote for the EICR plus a couple of remedials they flagged. Professional enough, though the remedial pricing felt a touch high so I'm weighing it up against another quote before booking. Communication was fine.

Owen and the team fitted our wood burner beautifully. Clean HETAS install, tidy flue work and they talked me through using it. Left the living room spotless. Only minor thing was a little dust from drilling the hearth, hence 4 for tidiness. Would absolutely recommend.

You are right about the dust from drilling the hearth: on stone hearths we now run the extractor right at the bit and sheet the whole area, so next time there will be none.
