Pete came round to look at our leak-damaged ceiling, checked it properly with a moisture meter before agreeing to quote, and was clearly knowledgeable - explained what he'd do and why. Turned up exactly when he said he would. In the end we're getting one more quote to compare before deciding, so haven't had the work done, but he seemed professional throughout and his price felt reasonable rather than a bargain.
