Powell Home Improvements cleared our tired old back lawn, prepped the base properly and laid around 50 square metres of artificial grass, and the finished result looks great - neat edges and it drains well. The quality of the install itself was excellent. Two small things kept it from a perfect score: they left a bit of sand and a few offcuts that I had to sweep up afterwards, and they ran about half a day over the time we'd agreed. Overall good value and I'd still recommend them.

Thank you, Rachel, and I'm really glad the finished lawn looks neat, drains well and the quality met the mark. You're quite right that we left some sand and a few offcuts behind and ran about half a day over - that's on us and I'm sorry for the extra sweeping. A proper final clear-up and sweep will be standard on every job from here, and I'll build more slack into the schedule so we finish when promised. Thanks for the fair and honest feedback.

Loft Conversion

Powell Home Improvements converted our loft into a double bedroom with a rear dormer and a small ensuite, and the standard of work was excellent throughout. The dormer and ensuite were built to a really high standard, they sorted the structural sign-off without any fuss, and they kept the site tidy from start to finish. Finished on time and the final price came in very close to the original quote. Would have them back without hesitation.
