Gareth came out fast on what was an urgent wasp nest and removed it safely from the high front eaves - a real relief as they were getting into the bedroom. He also did the mouse-proofing, finding and sealing the entry points around the kitchen and setting traps. Work was good and he was easy to deal with. Only minor niggle: he left a little debris by the eaves where the nest was, which I had to sweep up. Otherwise happy and the price was fair.

Gareth came out and surveyed the loft and checked the cavity walls, and gave me a clear, well-explained quote. I appreciated that he sensibly said the cavity walls should be checked for suitability before committing to the fill rather than just quoting blind. Straightforward and easy to deal with. I have not hired anyone yet as I am still comparing a couple of quotes, but the experience was a good one.

Gareth did an excellent job. He replaced all six collapsed rear panels and re-concreted the two loose posts, then built the 3m x 3m raised deck neatly and squarely - it looks great. He turned up when he said he would, kept everything tidy, cleared away all the old timber, and the final price was exactly as quoted. Would happily recommend.
