Very disappointing. They took the job for a landlord EICR on my rental and then never turned up to the arranged appointment. I had coordinated access with my tenants and waited, and nobody came. I chased twice by phone and message and got no reply at all, which left me scrambling to find another electrician before the new tenancy started. I would not rely on them again for anything time-sensitive.

Tamsin, I am genuinely sorry. We missed the appointment you had arranged tenant access for, and then failed to reply when you chased - there is no excuse for leaving you without an EICR before a new tenancy. That is not how we operate and I have taken it up internally. I completely understand you went elsewhere. If it would help, I would gladly re-book at a time that suits and carry out the inspection at no charge to make up for the let-down. My sincere apologies. - Daniel

They came out to quote for the Cat6 network and were polite enough, but it was a bit of a mixed experience. They turned up a little later than arranged and seemed unsure whether they would run the cables through the loft or the skirting, which did not fill me with confidence. The quote itself came back higher than a couple of others for what felt like the same work, and was light on detail about the patch panel and testing. Fine, but I did not feel compelled to book them.

We arrived later than we should have, and our quote was too vague on the cable routing, the patch panel and the testing - that is on us and below the standard we aim for. If you have not booked yet, I would happily send a properly itemised quote with the route, cabinet, switch and Fluke certification all line-priced so you can compare like for like. Daniel and his team built us a beautiful oak pergola over the patio and I could not be happier. They concreted the posts in neatly without lifting more slabs than needed, the louvered roof gives lovely shade, and the finish is immaculate. Turned up exactly when promised, tidied up every day, and the price was fair for the quality. Would recommend to any neighbour without hesitation.
