Declan came out and did a really thorough site survey for our automated swing gates, intercom and the power run out to the entrance. His quote was clear and well explained, and he took the time to talk through the options - I was genuinely impressed. It's a big spend though, so I'm comparing a couple of quotes before deciding. No reflection on him at all; he was professional throughout.

Declan fully removed the closed-cell spray foam from our loft and reinstated the ventilation at the eaves and ridge, and our mortgage lender is now satisfied - so the important part was done properly. My one gripe is that it's a dusty, messy job and the clean-up afterwards wasn't thorough: I ended up hoovering the loft and the landing myself. The work itself was good and he was easy to deal with, I just wish he'd left it tidier.

Thank you, Gemma. I'm glad the foam is fully out, the ventilation is reinstated at the eaves and ridge, and your lender is satisfied — that was the crucial part. But you are absolutely right about the clean-up, and I am sorry. You should not have had to hoover the loft and landing yourself. It is a dusty job and I should have left it spotless. Pond & Water Feature

Declan did a lovely job on our pond. He drained it, replaced the liner and fitted a new pump and filter, and even tidied up the shape while it was empty. The water is crystal clear now and there's no more leaking. Tidy, careful work and fairly priced too - I'd happily recommend him.
