The team got the move done and nothing was broken, but they turned up about an hour late with no heads-up, and the wardrobe picked up a scuff on the way out. Friendly enough and fair price, just a bit less polished than I hoped.

I'm also sorry about the scuff on the wardrobe and would genuinely like to put it right, so please let me sort the repair or cover it.
