Sean messaged straight away and sounded like he knew what he was doing, we agreed he'd come round on the Tuesday to look at the fence panels and the rotten post. Tuesday came and went, no call, no message, nothing. I messaged him again after a few days to check if he was still coming and never heard anything back. Ended up having to look elsewhere. Shame because he seemed helpful at first, but I can't recommend based on being left waiting with no explanation.

You're right to be unhappy, Omar, and I'm sorry - that Tuesday got lost in a scheduling mix-up my end and I should have called you either way, especially when you messaged again. That's on me, not you. If you're still looking to get the panels and post sorted I'd like the chance to put it right, at no charge for the mix-up - just message me and I'll come whenever suits.
