Sian messaged promptly and we arranged for her to come and measure up on the Tuesday morning we'd agreed. She never turned up, and didn't message to say she wasn't coming or to apologise. We tried messaging again afterwards and heard nothing back. Disappointing, as the conversation beforehand had seemed promising - wouldn't rely on her turning up.

You're right to be unhappy, Marcus, and I'm sorry - that Tuesday visit got lost in a diary mix-up on my end, and I should have messaged you the moment I realised rather than leaving you waiting. There's no excuse for going quiet afterwards too. If you're willing to give me another chance I'd like to come out and measure up properly, at whatever day and time suits you - no charge for the mix-up.
