Steve replied quickly at first and we arranged a Wednesday morning visit after I answered his questions about the drain. He never showed up, and when I messaged to ask what was happening I heard nothing back at all. Ended up finding someone else for the job.

Tomasz, I'm really sorry - there's no excuse, we had a genuine mix-up on our side with the Wednesday booking and I should have called you the moment I realised rather than leaving you waiting. That's not how we normally work and it was unfair on you. Glad you got it sorted with someone else. If the drain gives you any more trouble down the line, I'd still be happy to help.
