Came out to look at fitting an EV charger on the driveway and provided a written quote. Polite and turned up on time for the survey, but the price came in a bit higher than a couple of others I got and they were slow to follow up with the paperwork. Haven't booked the work in yet - still deciding. Fair assessment of the consumer unit though.

Our quote covers the consumer-unit work and dedicated RCD/RCBO protection the install needs to meet the wiring regs, plus the OZEV-approved supply-and-fit and DNO notification - not just the charger on the wall. Overall happy with the finished kitchen and the standard of the units and worktops is good. Marked down on reliability and value because the job ran about a week over the original schedule and there was a snag with one of the cabinet doors not aligning that needed a return visit to sort. Communication could have been better on timings, but they did put the door right in the end.

Damp Proofing

Excellent job on the rising damp in our hallway. Gary diagnosed the cause quickly, injected a new damp-proof course and re-plastered neatly. Turned up when promised and kept the place tidy. Only minor thing was a little dust left on the skirting, hence four for tidiness - otherwise faultless. Would recommend.
