Rhodri carried out a proper home assessment, measured up the staircase and brought a demo seat so my mother could try it and feel comfortable with the controls. He then gave a clear, well-explained quote covering both new and reconditioned options, which I was genuinely impressed by. I have not hired him yet as I'm still comparing a couple of quotes, but on this showing he made a strong impression.

Rhodri surveyed the garden, confirmed it was Japanese knotweed and got the treatment programme under way, and he provided the insurance-backed plan and management certificate that our mortgage lender needed. It is a multi-year programme so the results will naturally take time to show. One of the scheduled follow-up visits slipped a little, but he kept me informed and the work itself has been sound. Overall I'm pleased and would recommend him.

Rhodri came out promptly to deal with the urgent flooding and jetted the drain clear straight away. He then ran a CCTV survey and found a collapsed section that was causing the repeat blockages, and explained the fix clearly so I understood exactly what was going on. He left everything tidy and the price was fair for the work involved. I could not have asked for more — thoroughly recommended.
