Ryan from Wensum Pest Control replied really quickly and clearly knew his stuff about the wasp nest and mice - asked good questions and talked me through how he'd treat both, plus gave some sensible advice on proofing gaps to stop the mice coming back. In the end I decided to get one more quote before deciding, so haven't used him, but he was easy to deal with throughout. The price he quoted seemed roughly in line with what I'd expect, maybe a touch on the higher side, but not unreasonable for same-day treatment.

Thanks Freya, glad the advice was useful and no pressure at all on getting a second quote - that's exactly what you should do. Our price reflects same-day treatment for both the nest and the mice plus the proofing work, so I'll stand by it, but the offer's open whenever you're ready to go ahead.
