Daniel came out the same day, which was a real relief after the break-in scare on our street, and I can't fault him on reliability. He changed both door locks and fitted proper anti-snap British Standard euro cylinders, and the work itself was done well and tidily. My only reservation is the cost: it came to a fair bit more than I'd expected for two cylinders, so do get the price clear up front. Solid, dependable work, just make sure you agree the figure before he starts.

Daniel and the Whitaker team did a superb job on our bathroom. They stripped out all the old cracked tiles, made the walls good and retiled the floor and walls to a really clean, professional finish. Tidy throughout, cleared up properly each day, and the final price was exactly as quoted. Would happily recommend.
