Darren came out promptly and gave a clear, itemised quote for felling the leylandii and crown-reducing the two apple trees. I was impressed that he flagged checking for a Tree Preservation Order or conservation area before any work, and offered to handle the council notification. Very professional and easy to talk to. I haven't hired yet as I'm still comparing a couple of quotes, but the price seemed fair.

The new uPVC roofline looks smart and really tidies up the front and back of the house, and the lads got it up quickly with no fuss. One small snag: a rear downpipe wasn't quite aligned and dripped, but they came back promptly and sorted it without any argument. Tidy workers and easy to deal with - happy overall, just short of perfect on the finish first time.

Absolutely delighted with the full bathroom refit. Darren and the team ripped out the old suite, re-tiled beautifully and fitted the new suite and walk-in shower to a really high standard. They kept everything tidy day to day, cleaned up properly at the end, and the final price came in exactly as quoted. Couldn't recommend them more highly.
