Gareth came out promptly and gave a clear, itemised quote for the end-of-tenancy deep clean, covering the oven, all the carpets, descaling the kitchen and bathrooms and wiping down throughout. Professional and straightforward to deal with, and the pricing looked fair. As I'm the landlord I'm still comparing a couple of quotes before deciding, so I haven't booked yet, but the quote itself was well put together.

Gareth put up a safe, solidly built scaffold around the two-storey semi right on the day he promised, so the roofer could get straight on with the tiles and chimney. Well designed with good access and left tidy. Only slight niggle was that it stayed up a couple of days longer than agreed before being struck, though that was partly the roofer overrunning. Happy overall and would use again.

Gareth and his team were excellent from start to finish. They hacked off the old pebbledash, made good the base where it needed it, then silicone-rendered the front and side to a lovely clean, even finish. Everything was kept tidy and cleared up each day, and the final price came in exactly as quoted. Genuinely couldn't be happier — would recommend to any neighbour.
