Disappointing, sadly. Daniel replied promptly and we arranged a weekday afternoon visit, but on the day he simply did not turn up and there was no message to say why. I followed up a couple of times afterwards and heard nothing back at all. The early contact was polite, which is the only reason this is not a one across the board, but being left waiting with no word is not fair on a customer.

Daniel came out fast on what was an urgent blockage and got straight to work. He jet-cleared the drain and ran a CCTV survey in the same visit, found a collapsed section further down the run, and explained clearly what it meant and the options. Tidy enough given the messy job, and fair on price. Really pleased we called them.

Daniel and the Whitmore team were excellent from start to finish. They fitted the 4kW array and battery neatly on our south-facing roof, left everything spotless, and sorted all the MCS paperwork without any chasing from us. It is already generating really well and the final price was exactly as quoted. Genuinely could not fault them.
