Daniel came back with a clear, well-explained quote covering both the one-off deep clean of the conservatory roof and a regular exterior cycle. He clearly knew his stuff - he talked me through the difference between cleaning glass and polycarbonate and why that changes the approach to the green build-up. I haven't booked yet as I'm still comparing a couple of quotes, but he was professional and easy to deal with throughout.

Daniel cleared the whole garage in a single visit and took everything away, including a broken sofa and the two-person lifts, so I didn't have to lift a finger. He was friendly and straightforward throughout. Two small things kept it from top marks: there were a couple of scuff marks left on the driveway, and it ran a bit over the time we'd expected. Overall a solid job and I'd still use him again.

Daniel installed the wall-mounted unit beautifully - a really neat, tidy pipe run and a clean finish where it enters the wall. It's whisper-quiet, which is exactly what I needed for work calls, and both the cooling and the heating are working perfectly. He sorted the F-Gas certificate without any fuss and the final price came in exactly as quoted. Couldn't recommend him more highly.
